Orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will be out for delivery on Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday then the order will be out for delivery on Tuesday. We accept no responsibility for late, missed or non-delivered orders as these are carried out by a courier company on our behalf.

Please note: The next day delivery service does not apply at the following times: During after a bank holiday weekend or during the Christmas & New Year period. During these times we will Endeavour to get your order to you on the next working day but this may not be possible due to the large amount of orders we receive.

We will deliver the goods that you order to the delivery address you give when you place your order. Delivery is made to the address and not to the person named in the delivery address.

We aim to arrange shipping of all "in stock" items within 24 hours of receiving your order except for those items that have been paid through PayPal, see above. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. We are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock. Same day shipping will only occur if your order is placed before 3pm and we have all your ordered items in stock at our warehouse.

Once we accept your order, we will endeavor to deliver the goods within the delivery period that applies to the option you have chosen. If we do not deliver within the applicable delivery period and you have given us the correct full delivery address then you may apply for a refund of the delivery charge (this does not apply to goods delivered free of charge).

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 2 working days (over 95% of orders are dispatched within this time frame) however stock availability can affect this. Furniture and equipment orders are normally delivered within 1 week however some items may take up to 2 - 4 weeks. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. We use a 'carbon neutral next working day' courier delivery service for all orders dispatched by us (some orders are sent direct from manufacturers or suppliers) to NL mainland addresses. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to outside addresses.

Please note: Goods cannot be delivered during weekends or public holidays and these do not count as working days.

Orders are delivered free of charge at a bargain price above € 200.00 (inc VAT) when ordering small items, and € 1000.00 (inc VAT) when ordering interior and appliance.

Track & Trace is a convenient way to track your package or shipment. By completing a number and a postal code on page PostNL or UPS you are immediately informed of the delivery status of your parcel shipment. Also the recipient of a shipment can track a package with Track & Trace. After a few clicks you know exactly where your package is. You see it as the shipment is already on its way to the delivery address.

Delivery notification service

To keep you up-to-date and to help deliver your goods at the most convenient time for you, we'll pass your email address and mobile number (where provided) on to our courier company so they can email/text you throughout the stages of delivery. These messages will also include an hour time slot where delivery is estimated to take place and will give you the opportunity to delay your delivery for between 1 - 3 working days if more convenient for you.

Delivery to European destinations

Prices quoted at checkout are for mainland areas of the delivery country only. In some circumstances the delivery charge quoted may need to be increased to allow for large or heavy items, however you will be informed of this before your order is dispatched.

Special order

A product displayed as 'Special Order' is currently not stocked by us and will be ordered from the manufacturer/supplier and either sent directly to you or we'll dispatch it once we receive it. Please note these items may delay the delivery of the rest of your order. Delivery times on these items usually range from 2 - 5 working days but can take longer in some circumstances. Please allow 2 – 6 weeks for delivery of salon furniture and equipment items.

Product restrictions

Please note we cannot send aerosols, flammable or hazardous items to overseas destinations. These types of products must not be ordered for delivery outside of the NL.

It is possible your order pick up in Rotterdam. Once your order is ready for you, we will call or email contact you for an appointment.


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have canceled again after 14 days to send your product back. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping. Only the costs for returning home to shop for their own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and will - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur are returned. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected] We will then order amount owed refund within 14 days after registration of your return provided that the product has been received in good order return.

Consumables that are already open, such as shampoo, conditioner, gel, wax, etc. these products can not be returned.
All cancellations, returns and exchanges must be made in writing to VOF Charisma with this withdrawal form, which you must download, infullen and send e-mail or post [email protected] You at least this should include your full name and invoice number.

For the repayment of money paid (in advance), we also need your bank account number. Customers from abroad should also mention the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.
Note: the account you specify for the repayment must be equal to the account whose payment has done VOF Charisma. This because of possible fraud with repayments.
