When you treat complaints not elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform.


The cancellation of an order as long as it has not been sent, free of charge.
Cancel the order after it is shipped to you, you should refuse delivery of the package. If VOF Charisma has already received a payment from you, we will show the purchase price, after reception of the return, refund to you. The shipping costs will be deducted (only if you refuse the order at the door and leave unopened by the deliverer).

A defective product within the warranty period?


You have 1 or 2 year warranty on all furniture and electrical products, depending on the manufacturer, without prejudice to the legal rights regarding guarantees and conformity. This warranty guarantees replacement or repair of the product or component and is additional to the statutory rights. The legal guarantee states that you as a consumer at all times entitled to a good product. If repair is required, the product goes to the repair service of the manufacturer. Repair usually lasts for 2-4 weeks. We will send you the product once it is repaired. We suggest you informed once we have received the repaired product returned to the manufacturer.

Send the defective product returned with a copy of your invoice. You are solely responsible for the return shipping, so we suggest you insure the package and sufficient postage. Your complaint will be taken within three days of receipt.


Consumers have a cooling off period of 14 working days without giving a reason to return the product, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions here are personalized products / customization. The product can only be unused and returned in original, undamaged packaging. Transportation costs and expenses for the return shall be borne by the buyer. After dissolution VOF Charisma will the purchase price refund within 30 days on your account.

Consumables that are already open, such as shampoo, conditioner, gel, wax, etc. these products can not be returned.

All cancellations, returns and exchanges must be in writing to VOF Charisma to be announced this withdrawal form   what you need to download, infullen and send e-mail or post. You at least this should include your full name and invoice number.

For the repayment of money paid (in advance), we also need your bank account number. Customers from abroad should also mention the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.
Note: the account you specify for the repayment must be equal to the account whose payment has done VOF Charisma. This because of possible fraud with repayments.
