We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
Canceling an order is, as long as it has not yet been sent, free of charge.
If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If VOF Charisma has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after good receipt of the return shipment. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and have it delivered unopened by the delivery person).

A defective product within the warranty period?
You have 1 or 2 year manufacturer's warranty on all furniture and electrical products, depending on the manufacturer, without prejudice to the legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. This factory warranty guarantees the replacement or repair of the product or part thereof and applies in addition to the legal rights. The legal guarantee stipulates that you as a consumer are entitled to a good product at all times. If a repair is required, the product will go to the repair service of the relevant manufacturer. Repair usually takes 2 - 4 weeks. We will send you the product as soon as it is repaired. We will inform you as soon as we have received the repaired product from the manufacturer.
Return the defective product with a copy of your invoice. You are responsible for the return shipment, which is why we recommend that you insure the package and stamp it sufficiently. Your complaint will be processed within three days of receipt.
Consumers have a cooling-off period of 14 working days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of delivery. Personalized products / customization are an exception. The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. The shipping costs and costs for returning are at the expense of the buyer. After cancellation, VOF Charisma will refund the purchase amount to your account within 30 days.
Consumables that have already been opened, such as shampoos, conditioner, gel, wax etc. these products cannot be returned.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made in writing to VOF Charisma with this withdrawal form, which you must download hier, complete and send by e-mail or post. You must at least state your full name and invoice number.
For the repayment of amounts already paid (in advance) we also need your bank account number. Clients from abroad must also state the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: the account number that you specify for the repayment must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to VOF Charisma. This i.v.m. possible fraud with repayments.
